British Film Forever 2007
Recordings are available to view on campus only.
Britain may have donated stars like Charlie Chaplin and Stan Laurel to Hollywood but much like our sense of humour, British comedy feature films have rarely travelled well. The nonsense of Monty Python in the 70s and 80s perversely found international success and recently feature-length animations by Aardman have proved to be worldwide box office hits. However the title of most successful British comedy of all time has a new champion, Borat.
