Abstract
India’s own energy resources, especially oil and gas resources, are difficult to meet Its rapid economic development has huge demand for energy, so it has to rely on imported oil and gas to fill its domestic energy supply and demand gap. Therefore, seeking to obtain a stable supply of overseas oil and gas has become an important goal of India. The process of achieving this goal in India In China, the United States has become an important influencing factor. A typical example is that the India-U.S. nuclear agreement not only affected India’s attitude towards its development and Iran’s energy projects, but also affected India’s policy towards Iran. The United States can influence India’s search for the source of energy security. It is that the United States is vital to India.
