Abstract
Discusses the Supreme Court ruling in Williams v Central Bank of Nigeria on the classification of constructive trusts and the applicability of the Limitation Act 1980 s.21 to claims brought by beneficiaries against third parties who held trust funds following a fraudulent breach of trust.
