Abstract
Mandatory vaccines are not a new concept with proof of immunisation (to travel) dates back to 1796. This article looks at how mandatory vaccines have been implemented in the workplace and how the Covid-19 pandemic has tested both the government and employers in supporting employees post-pandemic.
