T Gulrez

Career Development Research Fellow

School of Computing, Science & Engineering

University of Salford, Manchester

Healthcare Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Human-Computer-Interaction

Dr. Tauseef Gulrez received his Ph.D in Robotics and Computer Science from Department of Computing, Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, in September 2008. Although, his dissertation entails systems modeling of advanced wearable robotic systems and 3D virtual reality techniques to remap the mobility of spinal-cord injured patients to control assistive devices. He also minored in Neuro-engineering from robotics lab of Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Northwestern University, IL, to ultimately pursue a research career that will enable to develop advanced computing tools to create novel user-interfaces.
