Biography:

After working as a professional actor for over twenty years, I became a lecturer in post compulsory education at the UCL Institute of Education and am a visiting lecturer in critically reflective writing at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I joined Salford as a Lecturer in Performance in February 2016. I am editor of the journal Comedy Studies. I am author of Performing in Comedy: A Student's Guide(Routledge, 2016).
