Humour and brevity typically inform the work alongside an auto-ethnographic approach to transforming images, materials and objects. Jacques Lacan talks of an object of fantasy being reduced to a token that is insignificant in itself, and also writes of the copy or act of mimesis having agency to reveal some transgression of the original subject. I have exhibited work both in the UK and Internationally alongside work in public and private collections. I have also published on the subject of collage and trauma.
