Biography:
Rita is a senior lecturer in social policy at the University of Salford. Rita has also taught MA Welfare Studies at The University of Manchester. She is a Member of the Social Policy Association holding the post of executive member for four years. Rita's teaching and research interests include the impact of social policies on older people. Public and Patient participation in decision making processes within the NHS and gender inequalites.
