Abstract
Beyond making the findings discoverable and accessible to non-academics, how else might the cultural legacy of digital science projects be broadened when they are finished? How might the before and afterlives of these projects be experienced, by whom, and for what purpose? How might the cultural life of digital research projects fuel people’s imaginations, right wrongs, shape identities, and foster social care?
